My original headband was over ten years old when it broke. I was elated to learn that a replacement was available. It arrived six days after I placed the order. Installation was a breeze.

These earmuffs are 20 years old or older. We live in the Phoenix area so very hot in the summertime. Not surprised that the plastic broke after this length of time. It was cheapest to buy it directly from proairs and the installation was very simple. Fairly fast shipping no problems with the order.

These earmuffs were about 3 years old but had only been used 2-3 times. After a year of non-use I went to wear them but as I was putting them on the swivel end broke. I think the palstic is of the type that gets brittle after several years. I explained all of this to ProEars but instead of sending a replacement due to a product deficiency or, at least, giving me a discount or free shipping they charged the full retail price and full S&H.. I ended up paying possibly 4-5 times (at least) what it cost them for this part. Mine were probably out of warranty but I still think tht making a big profit by making an inferior quality part is not great customer service. Rather greedy actually – IMO.
