All products purchased from another on-line retailer or other retail establishment are not covered by this Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please seek remedy from the retailer from which you purchased the product. If you have a warranty issue, please read our Warranty Policy as we can often take care of these issues.
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturers’ warranty applies.
- BEFORE returning your product contact our customer service department and request a CASE number. Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved CASE number. Thank you for your understanding.

- shipping address
- a copy of your invoice
- an explanation of what you want done with your return. (For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.)
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
