They seem OK. I am not the one wearing them so I am not 100% how well the cancelation works so for now I plan to still install plugs in her ears under these until she understands what they are supposed to do and can give me feedback.
They use a weird battery that isn’t super easy to find locally so I bought on Amazon after I received the muffs.

advertisement said batteries included. they are not. this is not the biggest issue. they don’t call out what they use specifically so buy up 1.5volt batteries to find out what fits. they need four (two each side).

Horrible squeal from headset when turned on. Ok for use as normal headset but junk for electronic ears. Does fit smaller head. Wife’s head is to small for Howard lights but these are junk. Would not recommend for anyone wanting small electronic ears.

Speakers made loud garbled noises instead of working properly amplifying outside sound when within safe sound levels when turned on. 4 year old complained of ear pain after wearing for 10 minutes.

Product Quality Can’t be Judged Without Knowing How to Use the Product (Pro Ears ER300PR).

Product appears to be perfect for me once I get information from the manufacturer about how to use the two knobs one on each ear piece. I did see someone comment that the knobs needed to be turned in opposite directions to turn the Pro Ears Revo noise canceling off and save the battery. But how about letting us know which way to turn each knob on each muff. The ear muffs seem to be interchangeable left to right. Adding a “L” and a “R” somewhere on the muffs might help make giving directions easier. How can I give an honest opinion for a rating if I don’t know how to use them correctly! Help!

I purchased these for my daughter who is starting hunting this year. I originally started with my adult pair, and they were too big for her head, but these fit her very well. She is able to hear me when I’m giving her directions in a hunting situation, and I don’t have to worry about her developing a flinch from excessive noise. The one thing I would change would be to configure it to just use regular AA or AAA batteries. It’s a bit annoying to have to make a store run for the somewhat oddball batteries that these muffs use. It’s not a huge deal, but it is a little annoying. They are overall well-made and durable, and my 8-year-old daughter likes them much better than the adult muffs, and they seal around her ears much better without as much fiddling. Nice product overall!

My 3 year old grandson wore these at a Bob Seger concert last night and they were TERRIFIC. He wore them all night without complaining. They fit his head very well. In fact, we went to the restroom and as we were walking back to our seats, he asked to put them back on. Babies hear 20% better than adults so they’re ears are really sensitive. All my worrying was for nothing….these gave my grandson total protection. Highly, highly recommend. A friend took her toddler to a concert, his ears were unprotected and he lost his hearing for 5 days. It did come back but you run the risk of permanently damaging his hearing.

First let me say I bought these for the pattern hoping they would be as good as the Howard impact sport I bought for my husband. When they came I was more concerned because the quality looked inferior to the Howards. However they are way superior in what their job is. Believe it or not they even fit better the others that dont even fit over the ears these did and BTW I have big ears for my size. They are a good size for average adult size females and I think would be fine for some men. They dont hurt my head even with wearing earrings. They amplify well and will muffle sound with just a clap. I do wear earplugs under them at the indoor range but I always have done that even with non electronic ear muffs. I will try without earplugs next time and report back. Im hoping the plastic will hold up on the arms. And I wish they folded up more compact. If they did then it would have been 5 stars! I tried them without earplugs and they work well.
