I bought these Sept. 2023, it’s May 2024 now, and the right speaker is just about shot. I don’t believe I’ve treated it poorly, as I use it for work and little else (manual labor involving lawnmowers and other similar equipment). I’ve been sure to clean them pretty consistently and have tested to see if it’s the speaker or just the fit of the earplug.
Other than that problem, they work pretty well. Solidly built, as good if not better than other hearing protection I’ve tried. The mode where you can hear others works flawlessly. I like the case. The fitting of the bud itself is meh. I wish there was a smaller fitting, my right ear is pretty small.
I do not believe I’d purchase these again if they truly only last 8 months or so. Problems began at around month 2, but it got significantly worse recently, which spawned this review. Maybe I just got a lemon.

Fantastic hearing protection, awful bluetooth call support. For some reason my headphones stop working correctly in Bluetooth for calls the mic literally does nothing i can hear the person they hear nothing.
The headphones for the through sound work perfectly still. Has happened on 2 pairs already same exact symptom.
Its a shame as the battery is fantastic and they are comfy all day.

The bad news is my unit stopped working properly after about two months. The good news is Pro Ears assisted in getting the unit replaced in less than a week. The only thing better than the product is the outstanding customer service.

I recently tried the Stealth 28 HTBT and was left a little shy of impressed. The overall product is very clean and I was very impressed with the functionality of the unit. It took some getting used to the electronics and having normal conversations while having hearing protection on. Bluetooth was excellent and barely had to change my tone in order for people to hear me over top of machinery. The only downside, for me, was the earbud. I tried several different sizes, combinations, and types, but just couldn’t find a fit that was comfortable for me. I started to develop a headache and my ears started to get pretty tender. Never tried the custom ear buds, this may make a difference for me, but loved everything else about it.

Finally an ear protection that is comfortable and wearable for long hunts. These have incredible comfort and performance for the sound enhancement, while also staying comfortable and out of the way to wear while in the field. I can hear normal conversation while walking in the spaced out lines for upland hunting, while also having excellent protection for the gunshots. I highly recommend these for anyone looking at ear protection in the outdoors.
