The Molding Process

Pro Fit uses an impression kit you complete at home, or you can have an audiologist take your ear impression and we’ll provide a discount to help cover the cost. The home kit includes impression material, foam stops, a syringe, and a prepaid return envelope.

Set the foam stop in your ear canal using the included guide.
Mix and load the two-part impression material into the syringe.
Fill the ear and let the material set, then repeat for the other side.
Mail it back in the prepaid envelope. We inspect every mold and build your custom ear plugs.

Full step-by-step instructions ship with every kit. Our Perfect Fit Guarantee means if the fit isn’t right, send it back with a new mold and we’ll remake it.
