Jim O’Young, together with Mike Dalton knew there was a strong demand for a premier steel match to be held on the West Coast. In 2011, with their guidance, efforts, and amazing sponsor support, the West Coast Steel Championships (WCSC) emerged and was held at the ISI Shootists ranges. It has continued to be one of the most respected events held every year. Jim has been a top finisher in more matches than we can list. He won the Senior Division in 2013 Steel Challenge World Sporting Championship.
